How you’ll make an impact
- You contribute to the transformation of classical engineering workflows toward AI-enabled, domain-centric engineering approaches within Power Automation solutions.
- You translate Power Automation engineering intent and workflows into AI-assisted executable prototypes and validation-ready modules, and you collaborate with software architects, software development teams, UX specialists, AI experts, and engineering partners world-wide to operationalize AI-assisted engineering concepts.
- You are responsible for the validation of engineering feasibility, consistency, and applicability of AI-based concepts within Power Automation domain.
- You contribute to architecture-aligned engineering concepts for integrated engineering tooling and AI-enabled engineering modules.
- You are responsible to develop enablement materials, conduct workshops, and provide technical mentorship to accelerate the adoption of integrated engineering approaches across global engineering teams.
- You define and supervise important metrics for engineering tool effectiveness and development cycle efficiency, drive improvement, and stay ahead of AI-assisted engineering.
This is how you'll win us over
- You have many years of experience in Power Automation, protection systems, or substation automation architectures, and very good knowledge of the project execution value chain.
- You bring validated knowledge of High Voltage and Medium Voltage electrical networks.
- You have practical experience with AI-assisted development methods, prompt engineering, or model-based engineering support, and you can structure sophisticated engineering problems into scalable and executable concepts.
- You have strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills and you can collaborate efficiently in interdisciplinary and intercultural environments.
- You have a proven understanding of software architecture principles, API integration patterns, and agile development practices, sufficient for effective collaboration with platform engineering and solution architecture teams.
- You have a master’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems engineering, automation engineering, or equivalent.
