YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own end-to-end M-C consumer programs for acquisition, conversion and loyalty, from markt/consumer insight and ideation to execution and optimization across omnichannel environments
• Manage a portfolio of M-C consumer programs and BAU activities, ensuring compliance with global guidelines and governance frameworks
• Track and analyze data-driven insights to improve acquisition, retention, loyalty, consumer value, and experience
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across internal functions like Marketing, CRM, CX, Sales, Operations, Digital, Finance, and global/regional stakeholders as well as external partners/agencies
• Manage program budgets and volume planning, ensuring ROI and close coordination with Stakeholders and Finance

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role with similar scope (Product or Project Management, Marketing or similar), whereby specifically experience in consumer acquisition and consumer experience is a big plus
• You preferably have a degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, UX or similar
• You have some experience in working with e-commerce and UX projects and topics
• You have solid experience in project-based working and in leading diverse teams
• You are analytical and able to connect the dots between multiple sources of information
• You are collaborative, communicative and able to engage people using inclusive and effective communication to invest a team in the objective
• You have a pronounced interest in consumer-centricity and put great value on data-driven insights to inform your decisions
• You are a curious person with a gift for critical, out of the box and big-picture thinking
• You have excellent English language skills, German is a big plus
